Study Reveals That 70% of Firms Are Unwilling To Pay For Advertisements In Online Business Directories

A study carried out by 192.com clearly suggests that seven out of every ten small firms will not pay for their advertisements on online business directories.
The research carried out by people and the business search engine further made it quite clear that 30 percent out of these had no idea about or a way of knowing how much revenue is actually generated through advertisements on such business directories, whereas the remaining 40 percent said that the sales person of such business directories have always over promised and under delivered.
192. Com has recently launched a new free online business directory in competition to current inefficient business directories. The directory is called BizBuzz.com which is quite similar to yellow pages, like other business directories it allows firms to register their business and logos for free. BizBuzz.com aims at empowering SME's to market themselves more effectively.
